

Interactive Web .NET Developer
This is a full-time .NET web application development position in a fast-paced interactive agency environment. This person will be responsible for the on-time delivery of web applications as well as providing accurate programming effort estimates and suggestions for advanced application implementations. This person’s time will be spent approximately 70% coding, 10% QA, 10% Documentation Writing, and 10% planning and consulting.
Required Capabilities:
- Three+ years work experience focused on developing and implementing software and web sites for the internet utilizing .NET technologies
- Experience with OOP and MVC methodologies
- The ability to identify and recommend new technologies that can be beneficial for projects
- The ability to rapidly learn new technologies/programming languages
- Experience creatively solving unique application problems on the web
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- The ability to prioritize and manage time
- Ability to accurately gauge and estimate time required to complete tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver on time
- Ability to rely on team in times of need and contributing to assist others
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, customer service skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving, collaborative team environment.
- Develops, modifies, writes and implements user interface for large scale web sites and applications
- The ability to integrate, communicate, and work well with remote teams
- Troubleshoots issues with existing or developed systems, and works with the appropriate resources to resolve them
- Experience in development QA testing and active involvement with formal QA testing as necessary
- Experience in implementing web analytics
- Experience in creating Application/User Documentation, Technical Documentation
Required Technical Skills and Experience:
- Expert HTML/DHTML/XHTML, JavaScript, CSS development experience
- Advanced AJAX development experience
- Advanced .NET 2, 3 (C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET) development experience
- Advanced Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft IIS 6
- Working knowledge of Linux, Windows, and Mac OS X operating systems
- Advanced Knowledge of Internet browsers, on various platforms including, Windows and Mac OS X
- Working knowledge of source code versioning principles (SVN and/or Team Foundation Server)

Salary Information:
Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 depending on skill-set and experience
